Service Description

This private 45-minute consultation is a personalized deep-dive into your health and well-being. After completing your Health Intake Form in advance, we will carefully review your history, current challenges, lifestyle, and goals. Together, we will uncover priorities, explore opportunities for meaningful improvement, and outline the next steps toward a more supported and balanced state of health. The consultation fee is applied toward your program if you choose to continue.
